Weekend Plans
Yea, I have time to post today while enjoying my muy delicioso lunch! If you’re wondering…it’s a spinach salad with broccoli, carrots, tofu, vegan mozzarella cheese and cauliflower with Amy’s lite raspberry vinagrette dressing. This dressing is delish, if you haven’t tried it…I highly recommend it!
