I’m following Angela’s program for Whittle My Middle in 30 days. I will write down what I do each day. I’m starting today (November 12th), so I’m one day behind Angela. I still need to take my pics and measurements so I can see any difference.
November 12th
- Plank: 60 seconds (arms fully extended)
- Side plank: 30 secs. on each side (arm fully extended)
- Plank with elbows on stability ball: 1 minute
- Stability Ball Jackknifes: 15 reps
- Stability ball roll out: 25 reps
- Plank Rotations: 60 seconds
November 13th
- Plank: 65 seconds (switching between arms fully extended and on elbows)
- Side plank: 40 secs. on each side (arm fully extended)
- Plank with elbows on stability ball: 55 seconds
- Stability Ball Jackknifes: 12 reps
- Stability ball roll out: 25 reps
- Plank Rotations: 60 seconds
November 14th
Got in as much as I could before spin class started. My abs and arms were sore from the previous days whittle my middle exercises and the elliptical.
